My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. While there were some enjoyable aspects, including the great variety of family activities and opportunities for bonding, numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues took away from the overall experience. The location offered beautiful views but the rooms left much to be desired, needing significant attention to detail.

The room felt rustic and cozy at first, but it had a musty smell and was not thoroughly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom, and the jacuzzi was dirty, requiring me to clean it before use. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn’t functioning well, and I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi.

The service was friendly, but I often struggled to reach anyone for help. There seemed to be a breakdown in communication, and I felt neglected regarding my requests.
